I am an EMDRIA certified consultant and therapist specializing in perinatal processing, chronic pain, and trauma. I am able to offer EMDR consultation and supervision for therapists. I offer EMDR intensives for clients. I graduated from Oakland University in 2017 with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In 2019, I completed my S.A.F.E. EMDR basic training (Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR) through the Personal Transformation Institute (PTI). I then went on to go through PTI’s 10 month certification program and became an EMDRIA certified therapist as well as PTI’s consultant program to become an EMDRIA certified consultant. I believe that therapy can be a great way to journey side-by-side with someone to encourage personal growth. It takes clients courage to invite someone to learn about their goals and barriers; it is a privilege for me to be there as a support.
