My goal as a therapist is to help set the conditions we all need in order to better understand the different ways we show up in the world. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and also am an EMDRIA-approved consultant and trainer with the Personal Transformation Institute founded by Deborah Kennard and its SAFE (Somatic and Attachment focused) EMDR which helps with clients in particular who may not feel like they have an easily identifiable “trauma.”
Humans are made up of our very unique genetic predispositions, environmental factors and experiences, and the many past experiences and attachments in our lives. I know that therapy can only happen successfully with safety and acknowledgment of individual lived experience. I’m not the expert on your experience, but I look forward to understanding it with you
