EMDR care begins with getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and helping you feel prepared and supported. We work together to address experiences that continue to affect your life, with room to ask questions, pause, and discuss what feels manageable. You do not have to share every detail of painful experiences, and your care is tailored to your needs, readiness, and goals.
Much of my professional work focuses on supporting clinicians through clinical supervision and EMDR consultation, alongside providing EMDR intensives for clients. An EMDR intensive is an extended therapy format that allows more time for preparation, memory processing, and integration than a traditional weekly session. Sessions may be scheduled over one or several days, depending on the client’s needs and readiness. This format offers focused time for therapeutic work, with pacing and support tailored to the individual.
