I offer in-person and virtual appointments from my office in Kelowna, BC, Canada. I work with a number of conditions such as anxiety, depression, people pleasing, stress/burnout, trauma. Often these conditions have an underlying theme of limiting core beliefs, such as “I’m not enough”, “I’m not lovable as I am”, or “I’m not safe”.
I am a compassionate and curious person, I meet people where they are at and let my client set the pace for the work we do together.
