I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) who has been in the field for 16 years. I help my clients develop the tools they need to build self-compassion, to heal from trauma, and to realize their full potential. These tools include mindful self-awareness, somatic resources, and behavioral change. I honor individual needs and the person in their environment. The techniques I use are respectful of individual needs and to make equity, diversity, and spirituality part of the processes.
