As you read this, take a moment to release your shoulders from your ears, unclench your jaw, and remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth. We often hold stress in subtle ways, and small changes like these can bring awareness to how stress shows up in our bodies. Whether you’re facing anxiety, navigating sexual or gender identity, working through relationship challenges, managing life transitions, dealing with addiction, or dealing with the everyday stress of life, you’re in the right place. My goal is to offer a supportive, and safe space to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.
I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, supporting you in uncovering what might be standing in the way of positive change and fostering a deeper connection to yourself. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining neuropsychology, somatic interventions, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Gottman Method, and Mindfulness.
I warmly welcome individuals of all sexual and gender identities and prioritize creating an LGBTQIA+ affirming space. I’m especially passionate about working with the queer community and celebrating the unique strengths and opportunities that come with diverse experiences of gender, sexuality, and relationships.
