I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques, ultimately determining which one(s) would best suit your care. The common modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Christian spiritual integration is available upon request.
