I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming life experiences. My approach is relational, somatic, and depth-oriented, grounded in the understanding that healing involves not only our thoughts and emotions, but also our bodies, nervous systems, and relationships.
I integrate EMDR with somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, including Hakomi, to support the processing of painful experiences and the patterns that can develop around them. I pay particular attention to developmental and relational trauma, and to how early experiences can shape our sense of safety, connection, and belonging.
I believe meaningful healing happens within a relationship where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported. Our work is collaborative and paced with care, honoring your unique history, strengths, and readiness.
I also bring a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, culture, immigration, and belonging, and welcome those navigating life between cultures or seeking a deeper connection with themselves.
I offer therapy in English, Hebrew and basic Farsi, in person in Oakland and San Francisco, and online throughout California.
