I offer EMDR therapy for adults who are ready to move beyond simply talking about what happened and begin changing the patterns that continue to affect how they feel, respond, and relate to themselves and others.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic, integrating EMDR with body-based awareness to address both the experiences that shaped you and the ways those experiences may still show up in your nervous system, relationships, and daily life. EMDR can be helpful for processing distressing experiences, reducing emotional reactivity, and developing a greater sense of safety, self-trust, and choice.
I work with adults experiencing the effects of relational trauma, emotionally difficult or abusive relationships, people-pleasing, fawning, self-abandonment, shame, attachment wounds, and persistent patterns of self-doubt or over-responsibility. We move at a pace that feels manageable while keeping the work focused on meaningful, lasting change.
You do not have to spend years retelling your story to make progress. EMDR offers a way to work with experiences and patterns that may feel difficult to put into words, while building greater connection between your mind, body, and present-day life.
