Feel anxious and insecure in your relationships? Do you make yourself small, quiet and “needless” to avoid “rocking the boat”? Do you struggle saying “no”, hate being alone, or feel fearful towards people or the world? Do you deny or not know how you feel emotionally? Do you feel younger than you actually are? …Pause…breath in…and out… There is hope. I can help you can feel more secure in yourself and your relationships. I can help you reverse self-sabotage by taking small, consistent, daily action towards personal empowerment. You will learn to communicate with assertiveness, self-security and self-respect.
I use Internal Family Systems (parts work), Somatic/Attachment Focused-EMDR (trauma reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (mindfulness skills training), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (thoughts work), Somatic Skills training (body/breath work), & Polyvagal Theory (nervous system science). I am also an avid reader and offer book recommendations.
I feel passionate and inspired to help anxious adults learn how to be effective for themselves in life and relationships. I coach and empower my clients to take action where they’ve been stagnant. With grace and compassion, I help my clients learn the skills they were never taught in childhood. Come learn what you were missing and live effectively today!
