I believe people are inherently worthy and capable of change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients are met with genuine presence and empathy. My goal is to help clients move toward lives that feel more connected, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and culturally sensitive. I balance deep listening with gentle guidance, honoring the social, cultural, and family contexts that shape each person’s life. I offer both talk therapy and EMDR, or a blend of the two as seems appropriate with the client’s consent.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy working in my gardens, including a certified monarch waystation, and walking in the woods with my two big dogs, one of whom is a certified therapy dog available for sessions upon request.
