Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You may be carrying stress, anxiety, sadness, relationship challenges, past traumas, or simply a sense that something needs to change. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. As a mental health therapist, I believe therapy begins with feeling heard, respected, and accepted without judgement. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing, explore what may be holding you back, and begin moving toward the life you want. Whether it’s trauma, seasonal depression, etc., it helps to feel heard.

I approach each client as an individual, recognizing that there is no single path to healing. I utilize my training in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, and IFS along with your individual strengths to develop practical tools for managing challenges, working through difficult emotions and growing self-awareness and confidence.
Whether you are going through a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or low mood, experiencing relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out, you just need to be willing to take the first step.
