I believe therapy is most meaningful when we have the space to understand not only our thoughts and stories, but also our emotions, relationships, and the ways our experiences can show up in our bodies. As a client-centered, relational therapist, I take an individualized approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each person’s unique needs.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic and psychodynamic approaches. I believe meaningful change happens when we develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, build a different relationship with our emotions and bodies, reshape the stories we tell about ourselves, and shift patterns that may no longer serve us.
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as you explore what may be getting in the way of living the life you want and building the relationships you long for. Together, we can work toward greater connection, healing, and a stronger sense of who you are.
