I enjoy supporting people in a variety of ways, including developing self-awareness, discovering strengths, practicing acceptance to better navigate hardships, and compassionately rewriting behavioral patterns that have supported them in the past but currently cause more conflict and challenges. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet each individual’s needs and goals as best as possible. This includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic techniques, existential-humanistic perspectives, and more. I’m currently working toward EMDR certification through PTI’s advanced training program.
