I take a heavily client-focused approach. My practice centers on Somatic and Attachment-Focused (S.A.F.E.) EMDR and the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model. This means we aren’t locked into just one rigid formula, we can weave in flexible somatic strategies, gentle non-processing techniques, and nervous-system-informed tools tailored specifically to what you need in the room.
While the work we do together is meaningful and transformative, I also believe therapy should be a space where you can breathe, feel safe, and even laugh and have fun along the way. Healing is hard work, but we don’t have to carry it all with a heavy heart every second of the session. I have a very collaborative, grounded, and human-first space to untangle the hard stuff and reconnect with yourself
