You may be my next client if you have already spent time trying to understand yourself, but insight has not fully translated into change. You can recognize the patterns, identify where they came from, and explain why you respond the way you do, yet the symptoms, emotional disconnection, or relationship patterns are still present. You may be looking for therapy that goes beyond understanding your experiences and helps you process what continues to feel unresolved.
My clinical work centers on treating PTSD/CPTSD, dissociative disorders, and the impact of developmental and attachment trauma. I specialize in working with clients who intellectualize, overanalyze, disconnect from emotion, or have difficulty accessing their internal experience.
I use EMDR as a primary trauma treatment and incorporate IFS and parts work throughout the process. This allows us to work not only with distressing memories, but also with the protective patterns and internal conflicts that often develop in response to trauma. Rather than pushing past those responses, I help clients understand their function, build internal safety, and create the conditions for deeper processing.
My style is direct, collaborative, and active. The goal is not simply to understand what happened, but to help create meaningful change in the ways trauma continues to affect your emotions, relationships, nervous system, and sense of self.
