I have been using SAFE EMDR to work with clients for 6 years and in therapy practice for 10. I am committed to meeting people where they are at and walking with them through whatever healing or growing journey they are on.
Even if a person has not experienced what they consider to be traumatic, we have all felt stuck in certain ways. People end up feeling hopeless, because they have done everything they know to do to change. They are not realizing that the changes in the brain required to help them feel better are much more complicated than “trying hard”. I want to help people understand what is needed to move forward and begin that process.
