I have been working as an LPC for 7 years. My experience ranges from working in in-patient settings with people experiencing depression and suicide attempts, to now working in a private practice. I earned my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I completed my SAFE EMDR training in September of 2022 with a subsequent additional 10 months of supervised training for full SAFE EMDR certification. I also completed additional trainings in EMDR with children, and dissociation. I use various interweaves within my EMDR work, mostly including IFS or parts-work techniques.
