I work with adults, couples, and parents who recognize they have been stuck but can’t seem to change the patterns that are holding them back in life. Often these patterns are relational and causing clients deep pain. Together, we will better understand how you cope with challenges, identify the pain and stuck points you are experiencing, and use EMDR to help you find new meaning in how you live your life and understand your past.
