I understand that every person brings a unique story, so I tailor therapy to fit your individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Play Therapy.
