I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space to explore what lies beneath the surface. My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in the understanding that trauma affects both the mind and body.
I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, somatic approaches, and mindfulness. Together, we work to process difficult experiences, strengthen internal resources, and create greater emotional flexibility, self-compassion, and connection.
I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and longstanding patterns of shame or self-criticism. I also support healthcare professionals, first responders, therapists, and others who carry the emotional weight of caring for others.
