I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDR Consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. Using EMDR therapy and other trauma-informed approaches, I help clients understand how past experiences may be affecting their present lives, develop healthier ways of responding, and move toward greater peace, confidence, and emotional freedom.
My goal is not simply to help you cope with what happened. It is to help you recognize that your experiences do not have to define the rest of your story. You may have been bruised by life, but you are not broken.
